600gr ground beef
2 onions, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 egg
1 big spoon coconut oil

Mix all together in a large bowl. Use wet hands to form the meatballs.
preheat pan, add coconut oil and backe the balls for 8min.

for the sauce

250gr fromage blanc
1/4 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1 glove garlic, chopped
1/2 cup of water

mix it in a bowl!
