(M)eatball(M)eatball

meatballtzaziki

 

600gr ground beef
2 onions, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pinch of garlic powder
1 egg
1 big spoon coconut oil

Mix all together in a large bowl. Use wet hands to form the meatballs.
preheat pan, add coconut oil and backe the balls for 8min.

for the sauce

250gr fromage blanc
1/4 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1 glove garlic, chopped
1/2 cup of water
salt&pepper

mix it in a bowl!

1 aubergine
1 bell pepper
1 carott
1 zucchini
10 cherry tomatos
1 garlic glove, crushed
1 little piece of ginger
Olive oil
1 pinch peper
1 pinch salt
1pinch cinnamon
1 tsp agave syrup

2 sweetpotatos

chopp the vegetables and fry in the pan with olive oil add salt, pepper, cinnamon and agave syrup. Cut the sweetpotatos in small pieces, sprinkle with olive oil and sea salt. backe for 20 min in the oven by 200°C.stir-fry

500g minced beef
7 pointed peppers
2 ground carotts
1 tsp salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 garlic glove
1/2 cup chopped onion

In a large bowl, combine minced beef, carotts, garlic onion, salt and pepper.
Cut  peppers, but just the top; discard seeds. stuff with the spiced
minced meet. Place in a casserole dish – the bottom of the dish should 
be covered with a thin layer of tomato sauce and 100ml  water add salt if you want.cook it for 30min.
serv with green beans, sweetpotatos or roasted cauliflower!stuffed peppers
