YUMMDAY ! stir-fry with sweetpotatos



1 aubergine
1 bell pepper
1 carott
1 zucchini
10 cherry tomatos
1 garlic glove, crushed
1 little piece of ginger
Olive oil
1 pinch peper
1 pinch salt
1pinch cinnamon
1 tsp agave syrup

2 sweetpotatos

chopp the vegetables and fry in the pan with olive oil add salt, pepper, cinnamon and agave syrup. Cut the sweetpotatos in small pieces, sprinkle with olive oil and sea salt. backe for 20 min in the oven by 200°C.
